CLEVELAND, Ohio — Safar, a modern Indian fusion restaurant, opens in Cleveland today, Jan. 28. Owner Saravanan “Babu” Chandrababu has completely redone the interior of the former Tick Tock Tavern, 11526 Clifton Blvd.
The restaurant has three separate spaces. The Legacy is a bar that pays homage to what has come before. Patrons there can order from an all-day bar menu or the dining room menu after 4 p.m.
