KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) has arrested a man after screws and nails were found on roads around Elgin.
Officials say Michael D. Branham, 38, of Columbia, was arrested in connection with multiple incidents in and around Elgin Estates involving the malicious placement of screws and nails on roadways.
