COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A citizens review panel has recommended additional training for Richland County sheriff’s deputies following a December arrest that aired on On Patrol: Live, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced.
The Citizens Advisory Council reviewed body-worn and dash camera footage of the Dec. 6, 2025 incident during a meeting Jan. 17.
