FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Three men were arrested Wednesday after police discovered they were operating an organized mail and identity theft operation across Tulare, Fresno, and Madera counties.
According to police, they found a credit card manufacturing machine and over 300 pieces of mail that were holding personal documents like tax refunds and medication.
