Fresno Unified classified workers raise concerns over stalled negotiations, possible layoffs

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Classified employees with the Fresno Unified School District are speaking out, raising concerns about stalled contract negotiations and the possibility of layoffs as the next school year approaches.

Custodians, bus drivers, grounds crews and warehouse workers rallied Wednesday to bring public attention to what they say are growing concerns over the district’s budget and job security.
