HARRISBURG, Pa. — Harrisburg Police are asking for the public’s help Tuesday morning in finding a burglary suspect, according to a police report.
Celestino Arvelo, 39, is wanted for allegedly committing a burglary at a business in the Allison Hill section of Harrisburg.
