Memphis’s ongoing wintry weather has forced the city to suspend garbage and recycling collection on Thursday, following earlier cancellations on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. “Safety remains our top priority, and current conditions make it unsafe for collection vehicles to operate,” the city stated, according to the City of Memphis.
