PORT ST. LUCIE – In what is being heralded as a major milestone for childbirth on the Treasure Coast, HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital unveiled its new state-of-the-art Level II neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and Women’s Care Center. Located on the fifth floor of the hospital, the center is set to begin accepting patients in mid-January.
The hospital’s ribbon cutting for the new center included hospital leadership and executives, nursing teams, board of trustee members and local physicians.
