ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The second individual involved in a deadly shooting on Cuba Place was in court Wednesday morning for sentencing.
Timothy Brooks has been sentenced to 18 years to life in prison. He is already serving a five-year sentence for a robbery conviction. Wednesday’s sentencing will run consecutively.
