NAPA, CA — January 2026 — The Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation (FWF), in partnership with UC Berkeley Executive Education at the Haas School of Business, hosted its inaugural CULTIVAR360 Leadership Academy, an innovative five-day leadership and management program for Napa Valley vineyard managers and supervisors. Held January 12–16, 2026, twenty-one vineyard leaders from across the region traveled to UC Berkeley to participate in an intensive executive education experience typically reserved for corporate and Fortune 500 leaders.
CULTIVAR360 reflects a growing recognition that investing in leadership education for the agricultural workforce yields measurable benefits across organizations and communities.
