TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Snow continues to cover sidewalks across the Toledo area more than 24 hours after snowfall stopped, forcing pedestrians to walk in streets and creating safety hazards despite municipal laws requiring property owners to clear walkways.
Toledo has a law requiring residents and businesses to clear sidewalks of snow, ice or debris within 24 hours after snowfall stops. Violators can be fined.
