TOWN OF LERAY, New York (WWNY) – A woman who suffered serious burns in a trailer fire Saturday night is warning people not to make the same mistake she did.
“I cried one of those sloppy cries, and I haven’t cried since. I cried more about my animals, to be honest,” said Sarah Alexander.
Saturday night, Sarah Alexander lost a lot, and nearly her life. A fire reduced her trailer at Black River Estates in the town of LeRay to rubble, killed one of her dogs, and left her with burns so severe she had to be airlifted to a Syracuse hospital…
