HAPPY, Texas (KFDA) – Authorities are investigating the death of a suspect following a SWAT incident south of Happy on Tuesday afternoon.
Around 9 a.m. Tuesday, members of the Randall County Sheriff’s Office S.P.E.A.R. Unit advised Swisher County officials that they were conducting surveillance on a person with multiple felony arrest warrants.
