Howard, WI – Authorities in Brown County are asking for the public’s help today in identifying a man connected to a retail theft investigation at a grocery store in the Village of Howard.
According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred Monday, January 27, at approximately 1:03 p.m. at Woodman’s Food Market, located at 2400 Duck Creek Parkway.
