MADISON, Wis. — A 30-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly threatened staff at a campus area apartment with a razor blade-type weapon on Monday, Madison police said.
Officers were dispatched to Lark at Kohl on Bedford Street at around 2:30 p.m.
