BELTON, Mo. (KCTV) – A 29-year-old Belton man is in custody after witnesses reported he violently abused a dog in subfreezing temperatures.
The Belton, Missouri, Police Department says Caleb Frey was arrested for animal abuse after multiple people called 911 to report a man abusing a dog near Highway 58 and N. Mullen Rd.
