The San Antonio aerospace firm that worked on a UPS jet in the weeks before it crashed and exploded in Louisville, Ky., is being sued by another family of one of those killed in the disaster.
The family of Carlos Arias Fernandez, one of those who died on the ground, filed the wrongful death lawsuit against ST Engineering San Antonio Aerospace on Friday in state District Court in San Antonio. It appears to be the first lawsuit filed in Texas in connection with the deadly Nov. 4 crash that killed three crew members and 12 people on the ground.
