Temps drop again after midweek

Most of us will be able to get above freezing today. High temperatures will range from the 30s to the 50s.

Storm Tracker Radar is still clear and will likely stay that way through the day. Skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy.

More changes are right around the corner for Thursday. Temperatures will start to drop again and there will be some moisture nearby.

Thursday will start with some snow nearby to the north and northeast. Areas farther south will see some fog develop and with temperatures below freezing, freezing fog will be possible.

Any fog will begin to lift by midday. Light wintry weather will be possible to the north later in the day. Thursday will also be colder.

A few snow showers will track from north to south Thursday night into Friday. Most of this should avoid South Central Kansas while North Central and Western Kansas will mainly be impacted.

This small chance for snow will last through Friday night. If there is any accumulation it should not amount to more than one inch.

Friday and Saturday will also be the coldest days out of the next seven but temperatures will start to rebound by the end of the weekend.
