CATONSVILLE, Md. — The roof of a Catonsville furniture store partially collapsed Wednesday afternoon, something a spokesperson for the Baltimore County Fire Department called a “non-significant incident.”
Half of the roof above the RoomStyle Furniture & Mattress store caved in to the floor around 2 p.m., according to its owner, Tim Wang. The brick wall on the left side of the building was crushed, exposing the inside of the business floor, and the barn-like sign above the door had fallen to the pavement.
