Winter storm watch issued for most of North Carolina ahead of snow chance

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Most of North Carolina was placed under a winter storm watch early Thursday morning.

The watch is set to take effect on Friday, Jan. 30, and will run through Sunday morning.
