BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A judge dismissed a court case against True Bethel Baptist Church and its pastor, Darius Pridgen, on Wednesday.
The dismissal came after a woman claimed Pridgen touched her intimately and forced her to perform sex acts in 2020. The alleged accuser did not show up for court on Wednesday, something that has happened multiple times in the past — and the judge tossed the case out.
