Cumberland County tax preparer accused of defrauding client in 2023 turns herself in, police say

LANCASTER, Pa. — A Cumberland County woman charged three years ago with fraudulent business practices and theft by deception for allegedly bilking a client out of more than $1,600 turned herself in to authorities in Lancaster County this week, police said.

Tiffany Ann Mixell, 32, of Mechanicsburg, was charged three years ago by police in Manheim Township. She turned herself in on Thursday, police said.
