4 males rob teen in Lancaster city: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Four males, including two juveniles, have been charged after police say they robbed a 17-year-old in Lancaster city.

The robbery took place around 2 p.m. on Jan. 14 on First Street, according to an affidavit of probable cause. The following four males were allegedly involved in the incident.

  • Rulier Cruz-Garcia, 16, from Reading, Pennsylvania
  • Julius Guyer, 20, from Millersville, Pennsylvania
  • Daniel Ramos, 24, from Salem, New Jersey
  • Elijah Wisler, 17, from Lexington, South Carolina

The victim told police that he agreed to give marijuana to Guyer in exchange for a handgun. Guyer gave the victim the handgun, but then he pulled a separate handgun and pointed it at the victim, police said.

Guyer grabbed the victim by the neck and took him to his back yard, where the other three males were. Police say the victim was pistol whipped at least two times, leaving cuts on the side of his head…
