An Ocala man has filed a lawsuit against a local manufacturing company, alleging that he lost the tip of his finger while assisting an employee with a vehicle lift at their facility last fall.
Joshia Dixon filed the complaint on Jan. 22 in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County against Concept One Manufacturing, LLC.
