A former student’s lawsuit contends that Cherokee High School employees failed to protect her from a teacher who went to prison for having a sexual relationship with the girl.
The suit says “glaring warning signs” were missed or ignored as Brantley Cesanek, a former Latin teacher, “preyed upon” the student for more than three years at the Marlton school.
