Police charge Clayton woman in breaking and entering case

CLAYTON — A local woman faces two charges following her arrest Monday by the Clayton Police Department.

According to an arrest warrant obtained by The Johnstonian News, officers allege that Lillia Anna Taschuk, 49, of Hill Row Lane, “unlawfully, willfully and feloniously did break and enter a building, located at 891 S. Boling St., with the intent to terrorize an occupant of the building” on Friday, Jan. 23.

Under North Carolina General Statute 14-54(a1), the offense is a Class H felony…
