TOLEDO, Ohio — An 18-year-old man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after he was shot twice in east Toledo Wednesday night, according to police.
The victim was shot once in the lip and once in the arm while he was driving, according to a Toledo police sergeant at the scene on Poplar Street near the Seaman Road intersection.
