MIDDLETOWN — St. John Properties has entered its 13th state with the acquisition of a 75-acre site off Bunker Hill Road, a news release said.
The Baltimore-based company, with 16 regional offices throughout the country, will develop Middletown Exchange, a mixed-used community comprising 225,000 square feet of flex/research and developent and retail space, along with 450 homes.
