Jaden Andrew Pagan, now 19, was arrested in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Jan. 28, in New York City by members of the United States Marshals Service and the New York City Police Department, according to the district attorney’s release.
Pagan was 15 at the time of the killing and had been wanted on a Lebanon County homicide warrant stemming from a 2021 investigation conducted by the Lebanon City Police Department and the Lebanon County Detective Bureau, prosecutors said.
Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Lehman Street on Oct. 27 after reports of a vehicle crash and gunshots fired. Officers arrived to find a crashed SUV and located the juvenile driver suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
