DEA Detroit seizes 147 kilos of fentanyl, makes 950 arrests in 2025

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – The Drug Enforcement Administration’s Detroit Field Division announced its 2025 seizure statistics, highlighting enforcement efforts aimed at dismantling drug trafficking organizations and protecting communities across Michigan, Ohio and northern Kentucky.

Throughout 2025, the DEA Detroit Field Division seized 147 kilograms of fentanyl, 432 kilograms of counterfeit pills, 1,658 kilograms of cocaine and 1,054 kilograms of methamphetamine.

Agents also seized 324 firearms and more than $17 million in cash and assets and made 950 arrests…
