Repeat Burglary Suspect with Seven Felony Warrants Arrested in Downtown Dallas

DALLAS, Texas – A repeat burglary offender has been taken off the streets of downtown Dallas following an arrest tied to multiple outstanding felony warrants.

On Monday, January 27, 2026, officers with the Dallas Police Department arrested Roderick Rogers, 52, who was wanted on a total of seven felony warrants connected to burglary offenses. Police confirmed Rogers was actively on probation at the time of his arrest for prior burglary-related cases.

According to investigators, Rogers was wanted on five felony warrants for Burglary of a Building, along with two probation violation warrants, both stemming from earlier burglary convictions. Officers located Rogers in the Central Business District, where he was taken into custody without incident
