JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Mississippi Symphony Orchestra (MSO) announced Morgan Freeman’s Symphonic Blues Experience will perform in Jackson on March 27, 2026. This is its first-ever show in Mississippi.
Tickets will go on sale on January 30, 2026, for the 7:30 p.m. show at Thalia Mara Hall and will be available on Ticketmaster, msorchestra.com or in person at Ardenland in Duling Hall.
Black Crowes & Whiskey Myers to perform in Brandon
MSO will perform alongside blues artists from Clarksdale’s Ground Zero Blues Club, which Freeman co-founded. Academy Award winner Freeman narrates the immersive experience, whichweaves song and story in a cinematic journey through the origin and evolution of blues music.
