First measles case in decades reported in Lancaster County

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department today reported a confirmed case of measles, the first reported in the county since 1990.

Health officials said the case involves an adult who was appropriately vaccinated and had no out-of-state travel history.
