OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Several Omaha businesses plan to close Friday as part of a national strike protesting recent ICE activities in Minneapolis and the deadly shootings of two people there.
The planned closure calls for no work, no school and no shopping on Jan. 30. At least five Omaha businesses have confirmed participation in the strike, with five more considering joining.
