Houston rapper OMB Bloodbath’s federal murder case ends in mistrial

A judge late Tuesday declared a mistrial in the federal murder trial of Houston rapper OMB Bloodbath and her associate, after a jury apparently deadlocked after two days of deliberations.

The decision brought the trial of Alexandra Nicks, also known as OMB Bloodbath, and Shaquile O’Neal Richards to an inconclusive end. Federal prosecutors will have to decide if they will retry the case or attempt to bring it to some other conclusion.

Nicks and Richards were both accused of setting into motion a shooting conducted by members and associates of the 100% Third Ward Gang, also known as the 103 Gang.
