A worker with the city of Fort Collins Recreation Department has died after a Zamboni he was operating backed into a partially open overhead door.
The fatal accident occurred just after noon Jan. 27 at the city-managed Edora Ice Pool Center, 1801 Riverside Ave., according to a city news release Jan. 28.
Emergency services took the driver to an area hospital. He later died. No other employees or EPIC visitors were hurt, the news release stated…
