Downtown Phoenix is poised to welcome a bold new nightlife hotspot as construction officially gets underway on Pablo’s, the highly anticipated, multi-room destination from hospitality collective Saguaro Nights Entertainment Group.
A 9,000-square-foot historic building at McKinley Street and First Avenue is now being transformed into a richly layered experience designed to unfold room by room — moving guests through a sequence of distinct environments that shift in mood, material and energy. Demolition is currently underway and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the month, making way for new construction to begin.
The journey begins outdoors on the front patio, an open-air setting that feels like the threshold to a hacienda, framed by sand-colored walls, terracotta planters and softly lit desert trees.
