BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — An infant has been pronounced dead after she was found not breathing at a home in northeast Bakersfield early Wednesday morning, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
Driver guilty of shooting at witnesses to vehicle crash
Deputies were in the 400 block of Crawford Street at about 5:14 a.m., after receiving reports of a 2-month-old girl not breathing. She was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead.
The sheriff’s office said Special Victims Unit detectives were called out to the scene to investigate the incident. No arrests were made.
