BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Mayor Brandon Scott announced that the State of Emergency remains in effect throughout the city due to snow accumulation, icy conditions, and freezing temperatures.
The Mayor’s office also stated that Phase II of the city’s emergency plan has concluded, allowing residents to resume parking along designated snow emergency routes.
