A Florida mailman is facing animal cruelty charges after a local news station shared surveillance video of him allegedly dousing three dogs with pepper spray.
Sian Andre Spence, 47, was arrested by Lauderhill police on Wednesday, Jan. 28 and booked into jail on three counts of animal cruelty, according to Broward County Sheriff’s Office arrest records reviewed by PEOPLE.
He’s being held on $3,500 bond, the records show. It’s unclear if he has entered a plea or retained an attorney to speak on his behalf…
