INDIANAPOLIS — Days after a winter storm blanketed Indiana, businesses and services in Indianapolis are reopening, yet questions still remain for a few important items such as mail delivery, trash pick-up and paying higher than normal utility bills.
United States Postal Service says there may be delays in services from the weather. USPS says they still deliver in severe weather.
