As a Clarksville native, I love my hometown, and I’m a passionate supporter of our locally owned coffee shops. As a coffee aficionado, I want to them to stick around. But as I’ve gotten to know the owners and baristas, I also want them to see them thrive. I wrote this post, not to rank order them, but in my meager efforts to help promote each of them.
Just a few years back, Clarksville was a city where Starbucks and Lasater’s were your options for coffee. Not throwing shade on Starbucks or Lasater’s – I love them too! You’ll even find Lasater’s featured here. But now we have a variety of options full of local charm. There are even more coffee shops than I have covered here, although these are my absolute favorite. Here they are in no particular order.
Asulon Collective
Asulon Collective is located Downtown Clarksville. The customer service is unmatched – everyone here is so friendly. Don’t be surprised if they remember your name or your order after just a visit or two.
Their hours are not the norm, 8:00-3:00. So go early! If you like to write or study, mornings on weekdays are recommended. I have made the trek here on more than one occasion, disappointed to find they were closed…
