EUCLID, Ohio (WOIO) – A man dubbed the “tassel-top trespasser” stole a safe containing cash from a church earlier this month.
Euclid police said on Jan. 6, the suspect was wearing a Sherpa style knit hat with tassels and a pom pom when he walked into the Church of the Epiphany on Lake Shore Blvd.
After taking out the cash, the suspect dumped the safe in an unrelated resident’s open garage.
