Huntsville woman faces conspiracy to commit capital murder, stalking charges

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Huntsville woman is facing charges for allegedly arranging to have a Madison man killed.

Tihirah Allen is charged with conspiracy to commit capital murder and electronic stalking. Newly available court records show she made plans with a person only identified as “Tre” and another unnamed person to shoot the victim in his car.

The records also show that Allen put an electronic tracker on the victim’s car, drove the shooter to the victim’s home, provided the gun, and negotiated payment to the shooter…
