A 32-year-old North Cornwall Twp. man has been charged with allegedly threating a female victim with a firearm, according to the Lebanon County Regional Police Department.
At 2:13 a.m. on Jan. 25, police responded to the 400 block of Springwood Drive for a report of an assault. Officers spoke to the victim, who said that Matthew Cooper allegedly threatened her with a firearm.
The victim alleged that Cooper came home, grabbed her left arm and pulled her off the couch. According to court documents, Cooper then pulled the victim into the bathroom because “he wished to speak to her.”…
