SMITHFIELD — Senior Abbigale “Abby” Creech, the top-ranked student in Neuse Charter School’s Class of 2026, has been selected to attend High Point University’s Presidential Fellowship Weekend, where she will compete for a full-ride scholarship.
The program is considered one of the university’s most competitive academic awards.
