LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A medical cannabis dispensary will open soon in Jefferson County.
Kentucky Alternative Care (KAC) announced it’s grand opening in Louisville will be Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., following approval from the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis (OMC).
