(KRON) — For nearly a decade, Neiman Marcus was an anchor store for luxury shopping in Walnut Creek’s already ritzy downtown area. For whatever void Neiman Marcus left five years ago when it shut down, there is now more clarity on what will take over the space on 1000 S Main St.
A Restoration Hardware (RH) is set to take over the space on Broadway Plaza, the shopping center tells KRON4. The deal is “fully complete,” with construction to start mid-2026.
According to Broadway Plaza, the grand opening is slated for early 2028.
