NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Parents in North Providence are raising concerns about their children’s safety as they return to school and snow is still piled up.
Lisandra Pincince has two daughters who attend Whelan Elementary, where she says parking has long been a challenge.
“There’s no parking lot for any of the parents,” Pincince told 12 News. “It’s wherever you find one.”
