TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The John Henry Eldred Jr. Foundation and the Health Council of Northwest Ohio (HCNO) have partnered together with community organizations to fund Schools as Community Hubs across high-need Toledo neighborhoods through the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
Schools as Community Hubs connect students, families and residents to essential resources, including educational support, housing, food and healthcare.
